Why it happens

Some jobs are the owner's alone: Settings, Discounts and promos, pay changes, downloading the shop's data, approving a saved choice from Miggy, unlocking a code that has no timer. Managers and staff cannot do them.

How to fix it

    Staff or manager: ask the shop owner to do it.

    Owner: sign in with the owner account, not a staff code.

    Refunds and voids are different. A manager or the owner can do them. See the refund page.
