Why it happens
The till keeps selling with no signal. Sales are saved on the phone and sent by themselves when signal returns.
How to fix it

Keep selling. Each sale shows Saved on this phone.
Saved. Miggy says it took a moment.Messages float at the top and go away by themselves.

Watch the dot: Offline, N waiting to sync means they are waiting. Syncing, N left means they are going up.

When the dot says Everything saved, you are done.

If it says Sync issue, tap to retry, tap it once signal is back.

Promo codes do not work offline. Clock in and clock out also need signal.
