Why it happens

The QR is your own shop's code, uploaded by you. POSmates does not take the customer's money or see it arrive. The till does not confirm the payment.

How to fix it

    Take the money another way for now, such as cash, and finish the sale.

    Owner: upload the shop's GCash QR once, then check it shows on the pay screen.

    If it says The GCash code did not load, upload the picture again.

    Check your own GCash app to see the money before you hand over the item.
