Why it happens

How far back you can see sales depends on the plan. Free shows 1 month, Pro shows 3 months and Pro Max shows 12 months. The plan is read per branch, so All stores uses the lowest plan across your branches.

How to fix it

    Check which plan the branch is on: open Settings, then Billing.

    To see more history, the owner upgrades that branch in Billing.

    Staff see Ask the shop owner to upgrade. Only the owner can change the plan.
