The receipt is blank, cut off or on one side

The printer pushes out paper with nothing on it, or the text runs down one side.

Why it happens

The paper size on the app does not match the roll, or the printer does not understand the print language the app sends.

How to fix it

    The owner opens Settings, then Devices, then Receipt printer, then Paper size and print settings.

    Wrong side or cut off: switch Paper size between 58mm (the small roll, most counter printers) and 80mm (the wide roll). It prints a test after you change it.

    Blank paper: change Printer language, or tap Find the right format. It prints three numbered slips. Tell the app which number came out.

    If none came out, tap Nothing came out at all.

    Small pocket printers (cat style) cannot use the normal language. They need the Picture language.
