Bakit ito nangyayari
Depende sa device kung aling koneksyon ang gagana. Ang Bluetooth printer na konektado pa sa ibang phone ay hindi na lumalabas. Ang karaniwang iPhone browser ay hindi talaga makakahanap ng Bluetooth printers.
Paano ito ayusin

Owner lang ang puwedeng mag-set up ng printer. Buksan ang Settings, tapos Devices, tapos Receipt printer, at i-tap ang Connect.

I-off at i-on ang printer, tapos i-tap ang Search again. Kung konektado ito sa ibang phone, idiskonekta muna roon.

Computer o Android: gumamit ng Chrome o Edge. Para sa classic Bluetooth printer (POS-58), i-pair muna ito sa Bluetooth settings ng computer, tapos i-tap ang Bluetooth printer (POS-58).

Ang USB printer ay nangangailangan ng Chrome o Edge, o ng POSmates desktop app. Ang Wi-Fi printer ay nasa ilalim ng Other connections: i-type ang IP address nito, halimbawa 192.168.1.50.

Kung ang sabi ay Bluetooth is off on this phone o POSmates is not allowed to use Bluetooth, i-tap ang Turn on Bluetooth o Allow Bluetooth in Settings.

iPhone browser: hindi ito makakakonekta sa Bluetooth printers. Gamitin ang Print receipt (ang print view ng phone), o ang POSmates app.
