The kitchen board will not open

The kitchen screen says it is for kitchen staff, or that I have no store.

The kitchen board is for kitchen staff.

Why it happens

The kitchen board shows only for people whose role is Kitchen, and only for a store they are assigned to.

How to fix it

    Owner: open Menu, then Settings, then Staff, then Team, and tap the person.

    Tap Edit name & role and choose Kitchen.

  3. 3

    If it says you are not assigned to a store, ask the owner to assign you one.

    A person set to both till and kitchen stays a Cashier. Pick one.
