Why it happens

One button on the install page picks the right file for your device. iPhone and iPad use the Home Screen steps from Safari.

How to fix it

    Open the install page and tap the download button for your device.

    Android: if the phone says it cannot install from this source, turn on Allow from this source, go back, then tap Install and Open.

    Windows: if it says Windows protected your PC, click More info, then Run anyway.

    Mac: drag POSmates into Applications. If it is blocked, open System Settings, then Privacy & Security, and click Open Anyway.

    iPhone: open the page in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, then Add. Inside Facebook or Messenger, open it in Safari first.
