Clock in did not go through

Why it happens

Every clock in and clock out needs a photo and the phone's location. With neither, nothing is recorded. Clock in and out are never saved for later, so they need signal.

How to fix it

    Read the line on the card. It names the reason, such as The camera did not open or Your location did not come through.

    Tap Allow location. If the browser blocked it, tap Open settings and choose While Using the App, then come back.

    Close any other app using the camera, then tap Try again.

    If it says You are offline, get signal and try again.
