From sign-up to your first sale

Why it happens

Setup is two steps, then your first sale. It takes a few minutes. The owner does the setup.

How to fix it

    Sign up. The welcome screen says Two steps and your shop is ready to sell. Tap Set up my shop.

    In the setup, add your shop name, map pin, hours and payments.

  3. 3

    On Build your menu, tap Add products. Add at least one product, or it will not let you go on. Miggy can read your menu from a photo (see the next guide).

    Finish with Open my shop (or Meet my shop). The message says Your shop is ready.

  5. 5

    Open POS in the menu. Start a shift first, or the till says Start a shift before taking a sale. Then ring up the first sale.
